Ingredients
- 1 packet of Pitango’s Tomato & Basil soup
- 8 to 12 juicy cherry tomatoes
- 50g to 80g rich & creamy mascarpone
- 8 to 12 small bite-sized croutons - the perfect crunch!
- Handful of fragrant basil sprigs
Directions
STEP 1
Heat the tangy Tomato & Basil soup according to packet instructions
STEP 2
Arrange 8 to 12 canapé glasses and place a cherry tomato at the base
STEP 3
Carefully pour soup into glasses till they are ¾ full
STEP 4
Add a small dollop of mascarpone - it’s all coming together!
STEP 5
Gently place your crouton on top
STEP 6
And finally add your garnish! - voila!
